Disclaimer: A skeggox is not a heavy-duty wood chopping wood splitter. The utensil is thin and made for slicing, whilst a wood chipping wood splitter has a wedge-shaped utensil to withstand the impact. The elongated parts of the utensil are especially vulnerable for heavy impacts since they have no "backing". They are there to minimize weight and increase the slicing edge.
