We aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.
Shipping Fees
Free shipping applies to all orders above R1250.
A standard courier fee of R70 applies to orders below this amount.
Dispatch Times
Orders placed before 11:00am on business days are usually dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 11:00am, over weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Main centres: 1–3 business days
- Outlying areas: 3–4 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier operations and regional conditions.

- We are an online store only and do not operate a physical retail store.
- Tracking information will be supplied once your order has been dispatched.
- Larger or remote-area deliveries may occasionally experience slight delays.

Make your Koch product uniquely yours with custom engraving. Simply add the engraving option to your cart and we’ll contact you to confirm your engraving details and provide a mock-up for approval.
