Refund policy
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns within 7 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a different product or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:
- Returned items must be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
To initiate a return please complete the following steps:
- Please send an email to sales@kochknives.co.za with your order number, full name and surname and the product you wish to return
- Kindly state why you would want to return the product
- We will contact you to arrange pick-up time and address. The courier picking the items up will issue a waybill.
- Send item back to us
Additional Information:
- Refunds will be paid within 2 - 4 working days from us receiving the product and analyzing for damage or missing parts.
- Should we find that there is no fault with a damaged knife, or that a knife is not in a condition to be used again (example used, dirty or damaged packing) we have the right to not issue a refund. Shipping the product back to you will be at your own cost.
